We found this property as a ruin, with no roof and loft inside, with all the internal walls demolished and big cracks on the rear wall. Wasn't impossible to demolish completely the house and this was not our intention because part of the property incorporates the 16th century hilltop fort of Paese Vecchio. We starting restructuring the property in June 2004 and, after a stop of 3 months during the winter, we completed the works including a swimming pool and tennis court the 15th of july 2005.
