Location
The building is a derelict, though structurally sound, country home of great character located in Belmonte Piceno area, in the Ascoli Piceno province, half way between the Sibillini mountains and the Adriatic sea. An area of Marche notable for its sinuous rolling hills, set against the dramatic skyline of the Sibillini mountains. The nearest "big" town is Fermo, some 20 minutes away and is a good shopping centre. The beaches of Adriatic sea are some 30 Km. Ancona airport is just over one hour north.
