Why Thea?

Theà is a Greek word with different meanings, one of which is 'Landscape'. Our use of the word is quite deliberate, and the properties we select share very specific characteristics: the unique or exceptional location of the property, the panorama, or an enviable position.

All the properties we offer are hand-selected for our clients, with houses of architectural or historical interest a speciality for Thea.

Above all the properties we offer are surrounded by the beautiful, unspoiled landscape of Marche. In most cases we own the properties we handle and offer for sale to our clients, giving them a complete turn-key service.

We dedicate ourselves to quality, so we like to work on a small number of properties and offer a superior service. We treat our clients in a personal way, building an understanding of their requirements and supporting them through the entire purchase process.

We offer the opportunity to deal with just one point of contact from the time you find your property, to the very moment you turn the key and enter your new home for the first time.

From the outset, you can see and download photographs, floor plans and 3D simulations of our properties. We then work with our clients to personalise their projects, discussing their wishes and needs at all stages, and selecting the range of materials and finishes.

Theà Homes takes care of every aspect of your property purchase. This can include the purchase, legal and administrative stages, advising in financial matters, handling surveys, and carrying out the restoration work.

We will also guarantee the completion day of your house, with no need of further expenses beyond those figures we have previously agreed together.
