Theà Homes is founded by two experts in both the building and renovations industry in the region of Marche.- Marco Consolati, Geometra, completed his technical studies in 1985. He started his career working for architects developing projects in the hotel industry and in the restoration of churches, theatres and public buildings, but mainly of country homes and houses in the medieval villages of Marche region. In 1991 he started his own business, restoring country and village houses. Together with restorations, his business manages properties for an international clientele, most of them income generating from lettings during the year.
- Edoardo Paternesi Meloni, Geometra, completed his technical studies in 1981 and began his career in a design firm, developing projects for new residential buildings and shops, restoration works of theatres, public buildings, villas and village houses in Marche. For the last 21 years he has been running his own design company. Edoardo deals also with cadastral matters, subdivisions of land, re-establishment of estate boundaries and land registry issues, as these matters often arise when purchasing properties with land.
